SURGERY in IMPLANT DENTISTRY

The Second-Level University Master of Surgery in Implant Dentistry is an advanced postgraduate programme designed to provide dentists with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and high-level clinical competencies in contemporary implant dentistry. The programme integrates biological principles, digital technologies, evidence-based clinical protocols and advanced surgical techniques for the rehabilitation of partially and fully edentulous patients.

The Master aims to educate highly qualified clinicians capable of independently planning and performing implant rehabilitation according to internationally accepted scientific standards.Upon completion of the programme participants will be able to:understand the biological principles of osseointegration and peri-implant tissue healing;perform comprehensive patient evaluation and treatment planning;interpret CBCT imaging and digital diagnostic records;utilize digital workflows for guided implant surgery;perform conventional and immediate implant placement protocols;manage hard and soft tissue deficiencies through regenerative procedures;execute sinus floor elevation techniques;rehabilitate complex edentulous patients using advanced implant concepts including All-on-X, tilted implants, pterygoid implants and zygomatic implants;recognize and manage biological and prosthetic complications;critically evaluate scientific literature and apply evidence-based clinical protocols;develop multidisciplinary treatment strategies for complex implant rehabilitation.
